Julie's Greek Yogurt Ranch Dip
Ingredients
- 5.3 ounces Greek yogurt (one small cup)
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2+ tablespoons ranch dressing mix
- a few shakes Penzey's Mural of Flavor spice mix
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 pinch sugar
Instructions
- I mixed one of those little Fage cups of plain yogurt with maybe two or three tablespoons of mayonnaise.
- Stirred in some ranch dressing powder. I think mine needed a little over 2 tablespoons.
- I added salt, pepper, and a few shakes of Penzey’s Mural of Flavor.
- Added a little sugar — just a tiny bit — to cut the tartness.
- And let it stand in the fridge for a couple of hours. You can correct to taste at any time.
