Prep
Cut the asparagus into bite-sized pieces, discarding the tough woody part of the stem.
Dice the ham into bite-sized pieces.
Place the cream cheese in a medium bowl and microwave until soft, about 30 to 60 seconds.
Crack the eggs into the bowl with the cream cheese, and whisk together.
Cook
Saute the asparagus in the skillet with the butter until the asparagus starts to soften.
Add the ham to the skillet and saute until the ham starts to slightly brown.
Add the spinach and saute until the spinach is completely wilted. Take the skillet off the heat.
Sprinkle the Cheddar evenly over the ham and vegetables in the skillet.
Pour the egg and cream cheese mixture evenly into the skillet. You might need to spread it around to make sure that everything is covered.
Place the skillet in the preheated oven. Bake until the center is just set. It should be slightly jiggly.
Allow to rest a few minutes before slicing and serving.
