This is an attempt of a recreation of TB's Lava Sauce, which was used on the volcano taco and burrito. Best sauce ever. It's creamy, spicy, and cheesy. What more could you want?

Ingredients
1Cmayonnaise
1Twateror more, as needed
1Twhite vinegar
4Tcheddar cheese powder
1½tground cayenne pepper
1t smoked paprika
½tsugar
½tground cumin
¼tgarlic powder
¼tonion powder
¼tMSG or Accentoptional
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until thoroughly combined. You can eat it immediately, but it's better if you cover and refrigerate for a few hours. The flavors will blend and mellow.
Notes
Another recipe out there uses pureed, roasted red jalapenos instead of cayenne. I think that would give a better flavor, but I haven't yet been able to find red jalapenos.A squeeze bottle makes for easy dispensing.I found cheddar cheese powder on Amazon. Another recipe uses the cheese packet from a box of Kraft Macaroni and Cheese.
